In 2002 Northern Lights featured Bruce Greenwood in a special promo shown on Canadian television stations. Part of the spot included these three photos of a young Bruce, shown with his two younger sisters - Kelly (2 years younger) and Lynn (4 years younger), as well as one showing his "Mum" nearby with a new sister - probably Kelly. The third photo featured Bruce atop a hilltop - showing his enthusiasm for outdoor sport began at an early age.
