Szabo populates Julia's world with enough hangers-on and erstwhile friends that we get a real sense of her insulated but not hermetically-sealed universe....the usually-heavy Bruce Greenwood (I, Robot) discovers both the brain and the heart of Julia's longtime companion Charles, and lends yet another of her relationships a captivatingly inverted and invigorating sensibility...
