(1982 feature film)
Bruce Greenwood's second film appearance ended up being a brief walk-on part as one of the local guardsmen sent to track down Sylvester Stallone in his first hugely successful Rambo movie. Filmed on location in the remote and rugged mountains of British Columbia, Greenwood's whole section is done for laughs and the guardsmen -- all local Canadian actors -- are called by their actual first names. The flimsy plot concerns Rambo's rampage after being unjustly jailed and grossly mistreated by Brian Dennehy's sheriff. Greenwood's part was originally larger and included 12 speaking lines, but even though most of his screen time was edited out, he still speaks one line, his face is clearly visible, and he's prominently listed in the credits.
The movie is readily available on video and is also often shown on television. Bruce's very brief moments in the film come about 70 minutes into the feature.
