You know the frothy part of a cappuchino? That's how light this movie is.
Entertainment Weekly 8/4/94
It's a glossy piece of fluff; let's go to Toronto for a couple of weeks and have some fun. I'm very proud to have my picture on the front of Harelquin romances with Emma [Samms]. It was very soapy.

BG: That was a, "Hey, let's go to Toronto and hang out for awhile and work for a few days and ride on nice horses, wear good clothes and kiss some people."
Star-TV: Is it as simple as that?
BG: Yeah, It was a Harlequin Romance. It was just a lark.
Star-TV interview 7/94
The Harlequin Romance was, "Oh yeah, really, I'm not doing anything. OK, great. I'll go up there, you know. I have a super good friend who lives here and I hung out with him and we did the show and it was fun and everything.

What Emma Samms has to say about Bruce Greenwood
Well, Bruce is absolutely a delight. He's totally nuts but I think he would be proud of that. I don't think he'd mind me saying it at all (laughs). He's very funny.
He's a very considerate actor and very professional and um, when I say considerate I'm particularly referring to the point which he had to pick me up from the
ground and carry me in his arms upstairs running two steps at a time. He was very considerate that I was the only one who heard him going, "Urrgh!"
Star-TV interview 8/94
(on the set: teasing Bruce as he walks by):
He doesn't really have to be shirtless. He just
likes walking around that way.

It's amazing. You work so intensely and such long hours - 14-, 16-, 18-hour days - and you get to know everybody very well, very quickly. Bruce is lovely; I wish all my leading men were like him.
